FinGoal’s mission is to be the most trusted enabler of hyper-personalized financial services. We build analytics and infrastructure for trusted financial brands all predicated on understanding their individual end-users on a more human level; what they care about, what they value, and what is motivating them right now.
We value integrity and honesty like crazy. Things change quickly in a financial technology, and we hate extra bureaucracy. When everyone on the team can be counted to do what they say they are going to do, we can avoid a ton of extra layers of management and paperwork. When everyone is comfortable sharing as soon as they are blocked, lost, or expect to miss a deadline, the whole team can quickly come together to adjust.
Things move fast at FinGoal. You will be surrounded by motivated bright colleagues that know their stuff and give a damn. Every day is different and we all love to wear different hats. Routine is boring and we are constantly challenging each other. You have to feel comfortable asking questions and learning really fast.
