Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in service or hospitality and a passion for technology to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently completed or is currently enrolled in a coding bootcamp. If you have basic JavaScript skills and a strong interest in both working with people and developing your technical expertise, this role is for you. You’ll be supporting our developer customers by troubleshooting issues, providing customer success, and collaborating with both developers and non-developers.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide technical support to developer customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer success. *Assist developers and non-developers alike with onboarding, product queries, and issue resolution. *Serve as a liaison between the development team and customers, ensuring smooth communication and issue tracking. *Document and escalate technical issues to senior developers as needed. *Working through API documentation and collaborating with developer customers. *Continuously learn and grow in software development, with opportunities to transition into a developer, dev-relations, or QA role.
What We're Looking For: *Service-oriented mindset with experience working with people (e.g., previous careers in hospitality, customer service). *Recently completed or currently enrolled in a coding bootcamp. *Basic knowledge of JavaScript and an eagerness to expand technical skills. *Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and processes, with limited supervision *Strong communication skills, able to translate technical terms for non-developers. *Willingness to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, from customers to senior developers. *Ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and handle customer queries efficiently. *Ability to be on-site in the Lafayette, CO office at least 2 days per week. *Embody FinGoal’s Core Values of: Trust & Be Trusted, Be More Kind, Figure It Out, Bring Your Weird
